Digital products

Career Nerve sells digital Career Toolkits delivered as downloadable files. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use and print the materials for your own career preparation.

Digital Products, Immediate Delivery and Refunds

Career Nerve products are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because customers receive immediate access and the files may be downloaded, purchases are considered final once access or downloading has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds are not provided because of a change of mind, failure to use the toolkit or dissatisfaction after accessing or downloading the digital product.

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be corrected. If a verified technical problem prevents access to the purchased files, Career Nerve will first attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms may be updated as the product catalog changes. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after its publication date.
